Authorization and Consent

By signing this Application, each of the above-listed business(es) and business owner(s)/officer(s) (individually and/or collectively, “you”) authorize Gova Funding (“Gova”), together with its representatives, successors, assigns, designees, and finance providers with whom Gova has, or may in the future establish, brokerage relationships (“Recipients”), to:

Request and obtain consumer, business, and investigative reports and related information about you, including credit inquiries (hard or soft), from one or more consumer reporting agencies such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.

Collect credit card processor statements, bank statements, and similar records from banks, creditors, and other third parties.

Receive from any creditor or financial institution any information relating to you and release such information to any Recipients.

Share and transmit this Application, along with any information obtained in connection with it, to any Recipients.

Communicate with you by e-mail, telephone call, and/or text message at the contact information provided above, or at any other e-mail address or phone number reasonably associated with you (including wireless numbers, if applicable). Such communications may occur even if your number is listed on a Do-Not-Call registry, and may be made using an automated telephone dialing system or similar technology, for matters relating to this Application, future financing opportunities, and other lawful telemarketing purposes.
